Hero Drone
A drone project exploring how aerial hardware, sensing and intelligent software work together.
Hero Drone combined an aerial hardware design with research into environmental sensing, visual processing, navigation and communication. The original project materials also outlined planned capabilities such as automatic takeoff and landing, obstacle avoidance and return-to-home routing.
